Recent research has shown that the level of performance for a franchisee is directly aligned with their ability to focus on results and "the bigger picture" of their business.

The high performing franchisee
has the capability to focus on ways to grow their "own" business, to look for high profit margin opportunities, to work with the system provided.

The high performing franchisee gain's higher levels of
productivity due to self management and activity management ability.

At the other end of the spectrum the average/low performing
franchisee held lower self management capabilities and focused less on opportunities available.

To date, most Franchisors have been exceptional in providing excellent branding, operational systems and even communication of franchise culture.

However, a system that addresses self management and activity management

has not been made available or implemented.
Until now!

Red Day is a measurable and tangible results achievement system that has been proven by SME's to work!

About Jacinta Creedy....as featured in the "Franchise Review" May 2008.

When Jacinta Creedy started her first franchise in 1994 with her husband and 10 month baby she was not different from the others…she was looking for and willing to work for the Big Life. “The set up was great! Fitting out the site, training, recruiting…I knew that for at least the start I would be busy and need to spend a lot of time at the restaurant but it was a proven and successful system…once the staff were in place I would be able to cut back my hours and be able to fit in my special Mum time as well.” This was the start of the Big Lie!

Jacinta quickly realised that there was way, way more to do and work at to grow a successful business. “The franchise systems were great for how to cook, present, purchase, book keep, even recruitment but there was one big part to the puzzle that was missing. A system for my own self management and activity management.” Eventually, slowly after two years of working hard and long(and another baby) Jacinta learnt the skills required to move from the employee mentality where time equals money to the results driven economy. “Eventually my whole goal was to make myself redundant. If I was working in an area of the business too much my goal was to find a way to literally make myself redundant.” Interestingly, once Jacinta made the move the restaurant began growing as well. Winning “Best Family Restaurant” three years running was proof of the new team’s success. After four years in the seven day a week restaurant

Jacinta and Paul moved their business focus to open their own independent liquor wholesaling business. “Straight away I ensured that our own unique systems were in place and that as our team grew everyone knew exactly the system and procedure they were to follow.”

Over the past 13 years Jacinta has owned and operated three franchises as well as two successful independent businesses. In May of this year Jacinta graduated as a Red Day Specialist and now has taken on the Red Day Franchise. George Bakrnchev, business psychologist and founder of Red Day Coaching knows first hand what it means to buy into the ‘big lie’ instead of the ‘big life’. “What I have seen over the past 18 years is that most business owners create a business that takes their life away from them. They pay people to stress them out, they skip time with their family, skip their friends and skip their health until it all comes crashing down. Part of the solution in many cases has been a system called Red/Yellow/Green Days. It is all about getting the right balance to gain control.”

Many business women have taken the Red Day Challenge to gain more control, more growth and more time. Tammie Nitschke and Elisabeth de Varga of Exclusive Fashions had this to say after they took on the Red Day Challenge. “This has been a big eye opener. It shook my foundations and made me question all aspects of my work, my business – my life! ME!! What is it that is important? This is the big question to provide me with the bigger life! I feel empowered to help my relationships grow with my unique team, my family and colleagues.”

With years of business and franchise experience Jacinta has decided to focus on partnering with other franchisees (business owners) and assist them to reach their business goals. “After researching the current business consultant and coaching models available in Australia I came across Red Day Coaching. I was extremely impressed with the philosophy and methods offered by Red Day with a focus on self management and activity management. I believe that Red Day Coaching will offer to the franchise sector a tangible and measurable system enabling the franchise organisation to gain more control, growth and time from their franchises. It’s my way of ensuring that other people find the big life and not the big lie!”

Jacinta Creedy has also held positions with NILWA (National Independent Liquor Wholesalers Assoc) on the executive board as well as Chairperson. She holds a Diploma in Hospitality & Management; Cert IV Training and is also currently studying towards her MBA with an elective in franchising at Griffith University.
